Our Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed when you order from Evergreen Activewear. If you decide not to keep a product, simply return unused, unworn, unwashed items with the tags still on them to us within 14 days of your original purchase date. You can initiate your return by emailing customer service (care@evergreenactivewear.com) before returning a product so we can provide you with the best service.

Returns or Exchanges

Returned or exchanged items that are unused or unworn items with the tags still on them will be accepted within 14 days of your original purchase date. Items received in any other condition will not be refunded. 

If we sent you the wrong item or you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us care@evergreenactivewear.com so we can correct the problem immediately at our expense.

  1. Returns must be received within 14 days of your original purchase date. Please provide a working phone number or email address to process your return.

  2. Returned items must be unused and with the original packaging. (This does not apply to defective or damaged items.) Items must be packaged in our reusable shipping packages or a box.

  3. The return label will reduce your refund amount by the cost of shipping and will be returned to your original payment method. You will be responsible for bringing the package(s) to a designated shipping store or drop-off location. If you opt for a eGift Card instead of a refund in your original form of payment, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Defective or Damaged Items

Although we package every order carefully to prevent damage in transit, occasionally an item will arrive damaged or defective. Often there is no need to return damaged or defective items. Please email customer service (care@evergreenactivewear.com) so we can fix it immediately at our expense.

We carefully pack items to ensure every order item in your order is correct, but occasionally we do make mistakes. Often, there is no need to return items sent in error. Please email customer service (care@evergreenactivewear.com) so we can correct this problem immediately at our expense.
